Amir A. Hamid
Amir is the CEO and founder of Stravatek. He is a seasoned Human Resource professional with 25+ years of experience working with leading multinationals and national organizations such as PepsiCo, Bank of America, IBM, United Bank, Union Bank, Emirates Global Islamic Bank and Adamjee Insurance in Pakistan, Middle East, and Southeast Asian countries at C level roles. He was named as Top 25 HR Thought Leaders and Influencers by Thinker360, USA.
Amir has led, set-up and transformed multiple HR functions during his career. He was awarded at global and regional levels for designing and implementing programs and systems for developing people and organization, increasing efficiency and profitability, and delivering above expected results.
An MBA in HR with certifications in Coaching & Developing Talent, Strategic Thinking & Analysis, Organization Structure & Design, Job Evaluation & Total Rewards Framework and Psychometric and DISC Assessment. He possesses exceptional people and project management skills.
